Next up the the very first trailer for The Lego Batman Movie, and it’s pretty hilarious:
We see Batman getting his computer taken away by Alfred because he spends too much time inside and it’s “unhealthy behavior.” Alfred implores him to take care of his son, to which Batman says “I literally have no idea what you’re talking about.” Actor Will Arnett‘s wonderfully deep and sarcastic voice really helped spice up the joke.
Batman finds out he adopted a kid at a Gala, followed by scenes of that kid turning out to be Robin. Then we see Robin trying on costumes, and getting a little too excited when he finds the classic red and yellow suit.
They both go for a ride in the Batmobile, which also turns into a Bat-Plane (or whatever it will be called), and realize the passenger side doesn’t have a seat belt.
The trailer ends with Batty flying into his Batcave and using his password, which is a part of the theme song from the classic 60’s live-action television show.
The Lego Batman Movie snaps into theaters on February 10, 2017.
